Landon Reesor serves as the Lead Pastor for Encounter Church. Landon placed His faith in Jesus as a child and embraced God’s call to a missional life of ministry during high school. In the previous ten years before launching Encounter, Landon served with a ministry called Global Focus that was dedicated to helping churches become more missional in their local and global community.

In addition to his ministry in the U.S., Landon has worked in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Central America. He has a passion to see local churches planted among all of the world’s cultures and communities.

Chad Wade is the worship leader for both locations of Encounter Church and serves as the campus pastor for the Westchester County (NY) location.

Chad has invested 6 years of his life at Silverdale Baptist Church where he served teenagers as a Youth Intern. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, studying classical guitar under Cuban master Mario Abril. Chad has a passion for inspiring others to discover and enjoy the God of love that's always pursuing him. Chad is currently enrolled at Liberty Theological Seminary in the process of earning his Master of Divinity.
